Acando lines up new framework agreements

Acando has strengthened its long-term cooperation with three clients through signing framework agreements with Region Västra Götaland (VGR), Verva and TeliaSonera.

The framework agreement entered into between Verva and Acando concerns IT consultancy services in the form of assignment consulting. The IT-consultancy agreement will run for 2+2 years.

The framework agreement with Region Västra Götaland (VGR) embraces accounting and financial consultancy services. The agreement covers 2008-2010 with an option for extension, and has been signed with the legal entity Acando Consulting AB.

Acando has furthermore entered into an agreement with TeliaSonera as global provider of IT consultancy services. The agreement embraces project, program, specialist and application administrative services in all countries where the TeliaSonera has business operations. The agreement covers 2008 and 2009 with an extension option for a further one year. The companies thereby broaden their previous cooperation, where Acando has provided management and IT services to TeliaSonera in Sweden for several years.
