Acando delivers CRM in the Cloud

Together with Acando, the Norwegian Association of Literary Translators adopts a user-friendly system, which provides better control of their contact information. The choice was made for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, which is Microsoft´s CRM solution for the cloud.

“We wanted a system that could provide better control and visibility of contact information. It was also important for us that the system should be easy to use,” says Ellen Larsen, secretary-general of the Norwegian Association of Literary Translators.

With Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, the customer gets a complete CRM solution, based on cloud computing. It provides access to everything concerning the company´s customer relations, quickly and easily, without investing in new servers or software. Thanks to the Outlook interface, no extensive training is needed. The user can easily access reports, analyses, and performance indicators on their computer at work, at home, the laptop or mobile phone.
