Acando wins contract to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Acando, one of Microsoft's largest implementation partners of Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX in the Nordic region, has been commissioned by the leading Norwegian manufacturer of maintenance-free windows, H-products Ltd, to implement a new CRM system. H-products is owned by the Norwegian Flakk Group.

With Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, H-Products has a complete CRM solution that quickly and easily allows access to all aspects of the company's customer relations. The solution has an Outlook interface, which means that users do not need to be trained. H Products' staff can easily access reports, analyzes and key figures on any device they might use.
