SAP integrated mobile solution for YIT Field Service implemented by Acando Oy

 

Acando Oy has implemented an integrated Mobile Field Service solution for the YIT group during 2011. Acando’s Mobile Field Service is a turnkey mobile solution which leverages existing Customer Service processes in SAP ECC. GoLive actions will proceed during 2012 having approximately 1500 users at the end of the year. In total the number of users will reach more than 5000 in several European countries. Currently the solution is used in several locations in Field Service business at YIT in Sweden.
