Business-driven Integration Strategy

A Business-driven Integration Strategy has its starting-point in the parameters that controls or affects the business, for example business plan, organisation or governance models and IT strategy.

From these Acando derives a number of possible objectives for the future integration work and asses these in different dimensions. Acando offers a packaged approach to, in as short time as possible, create an integration strategy that starts with the business' needs and prerequisits.  The project is normally carried out over four to eight weeks.
