Recruitment Process

At Acando we employ a rigorous 3 Stage Interview Process that ensures we only employ the best people. If you are interested in applying for a role, please send an up to date CV to this address: Recruitment mailbox.

On receipt, your CV will be screened by 2 of our senior managers. If you appear to have the right skills and experience, you will receive a short ‘Screening Call’ to ensure you meet the key criteria for a role.

If you do, you will embark upon our standard  Interview Process:

 Stage 1

Telephone Interview focusing on your skills and experience. This interview is largely based around your CV and provides you with an opportunity to demonstrate your track record in Project management.

Stage 2

Face to Face interview at either our HQ or Southern Offices. The focus here is on your approach to Project Management  to ensure that it aligns with the Acando philosophy.

Stage 3

Final interview (normally with our MD). To explore if you meet the standards set by Acando and would be at home in the organisation.
